The SAVAGE® combination square head is machined out of solid aerospace aluminum. The handle holds a hardened removable scribe for marking surfaces. The blade is made from stainless steel with chemically etched gradations accurate to within .001 in. This innovative SAVAGE® tool was the first of its kind to incorporate a block vial to improve accuracy and durability. Uses include gauging depth, scribing lines for ripping material, mitering, and drawing notches. The combination square is a multi-functional classic square that’s crucial for every carpenter.
