This Type II vented helmet features a lightweight outer shell and is engineered to exceed expectations in both comfort and durability-even in extreme low temperatures down to -30°C. The internal structure pairs a low-density inner core for superior top-impact absorption with a high-density external crown for all-around structural protection and enhanced comfort. Eight strategically placed air intake vents connect to internal airflow channels, ensuring outstanding breathability throughout the workday. The internal padding system benefits from a quick-release attachment mechanism, making replacement easy and boosting long-term durability in the field. The liner is crafted from Hydrocool moisture-wicking fabric combined with luxuriously soft textiles and a silver ion treatment for long-lasting freshness and odor control. For an adaptive fit, the helmet features a three-point adjustment system that includes a dual-diameter dial, ergonomic side wings, and KASK’s proprietary Self Adaptive Live Hinge, which flexes and moves with the wearer. The eco-leather chinstrap includes rear and lateral adjustment points, supports earmuff integration, and is finished with a lime-colored clasp to signify EN 12492 compliance.
