Tekton’s MTR line is designed for regular carry and overbuilt for years of reliable use in tough conditions. We sew and construct the rolls in-house at Tekton using USA-made materials and hardware. The zipper pouches have 3 inches of usable depth and are sewn into the roll. The MTR4 XL has three 3-inch-wide pouches and one 4-inch-wide pouch for bulkier items. The pouches are 19 inches long and fit longer tools. All zippers are YKK #8 with high-visibility paracord pulls that are easy to grip. The inward-facing zipper chain helps keep dirt and debris out of the pouch. The inside of the roll has open pockets for your go-to tools. Elastic retention straps above the pockets help to keep tools in place so they don’t slide out. There is one large zipper pocket that fills the entire space underneath the open pockets. It is great for holding soft, flat items like paperwork or gloves. All three handles are made of thick tubular webbing with 1/2 inch thick cord inside, creating a comfortable grip that won’t dig into your hand. The roll is secured shut with two 1.5-inch-wide buckles that are stout and large. The gap between the zipper pouches can be used to hold long, slim tools. The bottom of the roll is built from three layers of nylon that add structure and seam strength to the roll and protect it from wear and tear. Elastic retention loops at each end help secure the tool. A layer of high-visibility fabric lines the bottom of the zippered pouches and pocket, helping tools stand out.
