The RP 251 is compatible with all RIDGID Compact Series jaws, rings, and actuators and can press up to 1 1/4″ (32 mm) on Copper & Stainless Steel; up to 1 1/2″ (40 mm) on PEX tubing; and up to 1″ (25 mm) Carbon Steel. This Ridgid Press Tool has been verified for proper operation at the factory, and the cycle counter can no longer be entered into a bypass mode during testing. Because of this update and Ridgid’s testing procedures, the cycle counter may show between 20 and 150 presses, brand new out of the box.”
