Cool Pax Phase change cooling inserts from Technique fits the Technique zipper front vests 6626, 6626I, 6626N, 6626HV and 6627. Four inserts included in set (two for the front and two for the back of vest). Maintains a comfortable 58 Degree F for up to 3 hours. Hook and loop stabilizers secure packs in place inside the vest. Inserts are made of Made from a high strength polyurethane and recharge in ice water or a freezer in 30 to 45 minutes. Inserts will also recharge in a refrigerator but time varies. Each insert measures approximately 14 In. Long x 5 1/2 In. wide and weighs 1 Lbs. One set of four Cool Pax. CoolPax™ contains a lighter-than-water, non-toxic carbon-based liquid, that absorbs heat as it changes from a solid to a liquid. CoolPax™ freezes at 58 deg F/14 deg C and remains at that temperature for 2-3 hours. Vest not included.
