Description
The shock absorbing extension lanyard connects to the harness dorsal D-ring, in effect extending it by 18 In.. This makes it easier for workers to reach behind them and make a connection ideal for those who connect/disconnect multiple times throughout their day. It can also be used in combination with a non-shock lanyard to allow for use in Fall Arrest applications. Always be sure to account for the additional length of the extension when calculating free fall and fall clearance.
