Its lubricated ball bearings resist moisture to maximize efficiency during operation. This Baldor 5hp motor sits inside a full enclosure with fans to keep everything cool during continuous operation. It runs at 1,740 rpm and provides enough power to run fans, pumps and other equipment around the farm. A layer of epoxy paint protects the Baldor AC motor from the elements and helps to eliminate rust buildup. The unit’s condensation drain guides water out of the enclosure to keep the motor running well. Gaskets protect the conduit, and seals keep water outside the enclosure so the motor maintains performance everywhere.
