Designed for challenging farm conditions, this motor has an open air over enclosure, sealed bearings and a drive end seal that keep moisture and dust away from moving parts. Rodent screens provide additional protection from trash and pests. The 230V, 37-Amp Baldor fan motor provides 7.5 to 10.5 hp and 15.8 pound-feet of torque at 3,450 rpm. Its extra-long drive shaft, 3/4-inch longer than NEMA standards require, is keyed, drilled and tapped with a 1-inch deep 1/4-20 tap, making it easy to connect the motor to almost any fan system. This Baldor motor also has a heavy-duty epoxy paint finish that provides additional protection against the elements.
